After posting many reviews, one negative experience resulted in a motel owner being extremely slanderous. After contacting Google, to request their response be removed, they don't do anything about clear policy violations unless you take that company to court and have legal documents proving their guilt. Now I've had to completely alter my profile and settings because of this experience. Google has completely sided with the 'commercial web' not allowing truly fair review postings, because they allow commercial business abuses like this.
