Rafters catered my daughters wedding. The brisket melted in your mouth! Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. Each plate had a large piece of chicken, grilled veggies, brisket and mac and cheese. Way more than we could eat. Nobody had room for dessert and we heard nothing but great compliments.
