This is quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever booked. I had to run down to the front desk 3x with luggage for them to understand that when I request a room not connected to another it doesn't mean change my room to one that has 2 connecting rooms. When I did finally get the room requested the TV didn't work and they had to send the hotel engineer (wasn't able to fix the problem) and ended up calling the cable company. Do yourself a favor...find another place to stay.
