Tiny room- felt like I was treated differently because I bought from a third party. Not great security as there was a homeless man not fully dressed wondering around the lobby and other areas and no employee approached him. Only got an additional star because it is in a great location near the subway and Times Square. This hotel did not live up to the name The Westin . Would not recommend to anyone.
