I usually do not write reviews; however, my experience being a client of Tru has truly been a blessing in my life that extends beyond the AMAZING and beautiful hair cuts and styles I receive! Holly has been such a blessing in helping me have the courage and confidence to see myself as beautiful and take the daring step of going for the Pixie cut!! Tru offers a complementary 10 minute clean up for those of us with very short hair to help clean up the neck hair and help maintain the short cut until your next schedule hair cut. I was unable to schedule this with Holly and scheduled with Alex for an evening time after work. I had a very stressful work day and was tearful and tired on my commute home. I went directly to the salon from work and the gals, Alex and Amber lifted my spirits without even knowing I was having a tough day! Amber made me a cup of Chai tea, putting it in a to-go cup. Alex was the stylist who did my 10 minute clean up and didn't make me feel rushed. I left Tru after being there about 20 minutes feeling cared for, calm and had my Chai tea to drink on my way home. The gals at Tru made my day!! I always walk out of the salon feeling more balanced, calm, confident and joyful. I'm very grateful!!! Thanks for all you do Tru!!!
