Overall a subpar experience at best. We waited over an hour after making a deal before being taken to process paperwork. The business manager, Mike, was very rude and condescending when we were finally able to process paperwork. To top it off, the price we were quoted on floor mats (part of our deal) was increased 2 days after our deal was made. Very poor experience - I strongly recommend buying a car from anyone other than Gregg Young Plattsmouth.
