Actually received really good service on my first call to set up payments. What is absurd is that they REFUSE to send me anything to validate my debt. They say I live in a no contact state....post office has never heard of this as I get all my other mail to pay off outstanding debts. Will not even send me an email to confirm original debt breakdown, or payments made to rectify the account. This is an unprofessional joke of a company.
