Inconsistent service. The Fast Lane service person...

Inconsistent service. The Fast Lane service person on my last visit was not friendly or helpful. I called in advance to make an appointment for service & was told to just show up. Upon arrival they couldn't guarantee service that day. The service advisor was helpful. Stick with one advisor & avoid the contradictory information. I want to be treated like my business is appreciated, and I don't get that feeling even though I purchased my car at Bob Allen.
