As for the rest of the restaurant, loved the open kitchen but also had a heavy smokiness to the air inside the restaurant which I was a bit sensitive to. Salmon burger: clearly made from real salmon because of the chunky texture. The bread was nicely grilled and the sauce was mildly spicy which was a good balance with the sweet mango slaw.
