I've been a Smith Thompson subscriber for 3 years ...

I've been a Smith Thompson subscriber for 3 years now and can't say enough great things about their service. I was foolishly an ADT customer for 2 years before I made the switch. Smith Thompson has always provided excellent and reliable service. I've had some false alarm calls and they've always contacted me immediately to confirm all was well. Once my house cleaners came in and I forgot to turn off the alarm. I wasn't able to answer my phone so the Smith Thompson center dispatched the local police department. I have a camera on my porch and watched it all when I got home. Based on the time stamps, Smith Thompson called immediately and the police were out in just minutes. Good to know that just because I'm paying a fair price for alarm monitoring, that I'm not short changing myself on service!
