As well as a long wait for the food, one meal included half cooked lamb (which went straight back), mash missing from another, tough steak and reheated battered fish (with dry chips). This was a Saturday lunch, and often we've done a Sunday visit with the Sunday roasts being really nice and good value. Perhaps it was a one off, but now most of my family want to give it the "heave ho".
