I felt very disrespected by Sanne Martinez. I was trying to attain a room with no regard to cost and was denied a stay there due to her telling me it was sold out, I was a former employee so I requested a walk letter to the Sonesta and was denied that as well and at that point Sanne Martinez had security escort me off the premises. As a former employee there I have lost family time, self motivation and been micromanaged I hope mangement changes so that no one gets treated like this for the first time or ever again.
