One star is one stars too many. They should take the "Lutheran" out of their name and spell it "Froedirt."

Horrible billing department! They refused to bill our insurance and tried offering us a 40% discount instead. You think we're going for that? Not a chance.

I called another time about the same bill, concerned it may go to collections. They say,"Can you make a good faith payment?"

For a bill I owe $0 on? Of course not!

With other high medical bills, you tell them what you can afford. They say "no" and tell you what to pay.

Don't fall for the "it's all about getting you the best care you deserve" routine. Froedtert's out for cold, hard cash.

And it's not worth it because of the resulting trouble afterwards. Don't waste your time.
