Where to begin. Have never had a problem with a dealership quite like the problem at Mercedes-Benz South Bay. Seemingly everything appeared very tradtional upon shopping, paperwork and signging. The real problem started after the facts. (1) They wanted more money- their reason- they blamed the credit bureau for misleading them. (2) They wanted $5,000 additional; after 15 days of me already having the vehicle.(illegal by the way) (3) Then they called me again- This time it was the service director- the Director insulted me then threatened me with repo and wouldn't talk to me otherwise I showed up with the money. (4) So after all the false promises I returned the vehicle to end everything with them (5) Finally I found out how petty and vicisous they truly were- They did not finish paying my lease on purpose and hurt my personal credit out of spite. I sincercly cannot recommend this place.
