This company initially requires you to commit for 9 months but fails to tell you that if you don't reach a certain speed in your captioning (which is really the purpose of training), they will release you. They say that training is supposed to be for 4 weeks, but they will only keep you for 3 if you don't meet the minimum requirements. The supervisors themselves have no clue; they don't know how to help you and often talk to each other while everyone else is working. They also use first-time-trainers to "coach" you. After I reported to my supervisor that the headset was faulty, he said that he would check on it but NEVER DID. He kept giving me tests on this faulty equipment. The tests themselves crashed TWICE!! Faulty equipment to test loyal employees. Shame on you Cap Tel! Don't waste your time with this company.
