The entire buying experience was great -from the test drive to finance (I don't remember the gentleman in finance, but he made the process painless). My sales person, Tristan, answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. No pressure sales. I would definitely recommend Mike Shaw Subaru and ask for Tristan, he is awesome!
