This was probably my least favorite dealership I visited in my search for a reliable and sturdy vehicle. I believe I worked with mohammed, nice dude and a bit unorganized. However, that was the least of my issues with this dealership. As soon as I walked in, I was completely ignored. Workers walked past me, didn't ask any questions, and I of course did not know where to go due to front desk being kind of hidden. A couple however walked in and was immediately greeted and taken to find their sales man. I made an appointment with Mohammed and was left wondering where he was for about 10 minutes. He had two deals going on and was not really paying attention to me much. I finally get to his office and after we have been emailing back and forth on a black jetta, I was hit with news that that jetta had been sold and I was not informed until then. (I traveled 3 hours to come see this vehicle by the way). I was highly disappointed and upset that I was not alerted of this before and would not have wasted my time. However, my car barely made it up there so I was left with little to no option on getting a vehicle. We settled on a white jetta and was a bit presented Easy Care. Easy care was explained to me in a way that made me think I would have 3 years of my car being taken cared of exterior wise. it cost about $850 dollars and seemed like a good deal. It was not. I recently was told my wheels were bent and I would need to get new wheels and possibly tires. I call easy care and to my surprise they only insist in matters that are a safety hazard, like if my tire were to loose air. I couldn't believe that I even invested in this service because to fix my 2017 Jetta now, it would cost just below the $850. There were some bonuses, I was able to get a car with no money down, and a jumpstart kit + mats. Other than that, I would have bought from elsewhere.
