Edit. Picked up Sonata Sport. Sales rep, Chris was there and made sure car was washed, tire inflated and warmed up. He showed me how to use remote start and walked me through pairing my phone. He was as personable, patient, with a warm smile as my first visit. Cold weather didn't seem to phase him. Felt reassured when he said I could call him if I had any service issue. Car has low miles and I got the extended warranty since more electrical features than I had before. I did pre-approval with my bank and recommend it so you know your budget when shopping. My offer for reduced price was declined. While I could have saved a bit by driving further north wasn't worth drive with Pearson's $589 processing fee and it was a pretty car with good paint. Only couple blemish marks. I did get a service request honored so that showed me the dealer was reasonable. Didn't read reviews before hand but internet sales rep helped get me in the door so hang onto Lori as she fielded my email inquiries. It was a bit busy on my purchase day, which surprised me because it was COLD so took a little longer than I thought as I had did research before and already knew what cars I was looking for but that was a good sign others liked the dealer. I had to leave and they trusted me to come back especially when I said I was pre-approved. Glad Chris was there to finish up. I know there is turnover in industry but try to hang on to him.
