My husband and I first worked with Kathie to design a kitchen for our first home, a 1888 Victorian Farmhouse. Since then, we've used her to design a bathroom upstairs, as well helping us choose a paint color for the exterior of our house. For all projects, she was willing to work with us so we could DIY some of the project, such as painting and tileing.

I think Kathie is an exceptional designer, whose experience allows her to work quickly and creatively, delivering huge value to a project. She is excellent at communicating design concepts, thinks aloud, and brings you along for the ride. She truly listens to understand, and incorporates our wishes while never compromising good design. She has been invaluable in bringing modern comfort our old home while staying true to the period.
