Terrible company that drags their feet come time t...

Terrible company that drags their feet come time to pay claims. Have sent requested files multiple times (via fax and email) yet they never receive them. 8 months later I'm still waiting. About to retain counsel and pursue litigation because i'm tired of waiting and tired of the run around games.
