Erik Holmes made our day. I am a first time home buyer and needed to buy and washer and dryer for my new house. We walked around looking for about 15 minutes and staff walked by passing us without offering to help or saying a word. As soon as Erik Holmes spotted us, he made straight for us calling out a cheerful greeting. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time show us our options and go through and compare different features even showing us examples. He even went an extra couple of miles to try and save us money without us even having to ask. He's a real gem! He is absolutely the reason I will be going back to buy a refrigerator.
