We had a really enjoyable stay the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
Very pleased with our club room which had wonderful views over The Grand Mosque.
Wonderful touch delivering a chocolate cake for our wedding anniversary.
Staff on the beach excellent as was our room attendant.
Durga Nepalese waiter at breakfast really helpful as were the rest of the staff.
Club Horizon staff were delightful and caring.
The boat ride was a real novelty, nice touch.
The best Shangrila Hotel we have stayed in, our new favourite hotel we will be backagain for some more winter sun!
