My husband and I went into Paramount Kia after talking to a couple other dealerships, and to be honest we didn't have very high hopes they'd be able to help. We spoke with Alex about our situation, what we wanted to do, what we thought we could do, and left it up to him. We took our brand new 2019 Sorento home with us this past Saturday and could not be happier!!!! I was so thankful for all that Alex did for us and how he was very straight forward with what he needed us to do. This was truly a very simple straight forward process. There was no pressure to buy just great customer service from the first email right up to the signing of the loan papers. Thank you again Alex and Paramount Kia for being so great!
