This hotel is an absolute nightmare. They agreed to book a large group of families for an event. Yet they failed to disclose this to other hotel guests, who complained as early as 7:00 on a Friday that the pool was too noisy. I was screamed at by one set of hotel guests after merely saying that all the kids had gone to bed and were no longer being noisy. The hotel staff was not apologetic and actually encouraged this behavior.
Another guest was guaranteed with a suite that did not exist when they arrived and were given drink coupons as a consolation that were not good for anything but bud light.
On top of it all, this is a crappy motel that has had a few upgrades to try to act like a hotel. It is not somewhere I would ever stay at again, and I highly suggest that anyone wanting to have a pleasant experience stay away.
