My family adopted a five year chocolate Labrador Retreiver from the Rescue two years ago. They treated him for heart worm and had him neutered. He s the most gentle handsome boy and we love him. This is a great organization. They really care about their charges. The adoption process is thorough and they make sure the Labs are going to good homes. You fill out an application and they assign you a counselor who comes to your home before you meet any of their dogs. They want to make sure you re a good match and this requires a couple of meetings with the foster parent. If you love Labbies, you ll love LRROF. I couldn t imagine having anything but a great experience with these wonderful people.
