I had a pretty weird experience here and to summarize I think they were trying really hard to not sell me the car. Weird right? Let me explain. First off, I buy used cars all the time and work in the car industry so I get cars - trust me on this. I found a crazy deal for an 2016 Audi TT at this store. The price had been dropped a few times since the last digit ended with 4.
The finance manager was downright rude to me when doing the paper work. Absolutely terrible. The manager Nelson was polite but extremely to the point. He would not budge on price. He was barely willing to wash the car before delivery, let alone buff out some scratches on the front bumper. There was a lot of dirt on the pedals - which he grudgingly refused to clean and I drove off the parking lot with about 2 gallons of fuel in the car. So weird that they wouldn't even give me a full tank of gas. Every question was answered with a "Why?" Or a "No."
It's possible they were selling this car at a loss or didn't want to sell it. But they did purchase this car (it wasn't a trade-in) and they set the price. Why treat your customers terribly if you aren't interested in selling German cars?
