Worst service ever... Very rude service from the front desk guy who checked us in, to the lady who took our room service order, to the dealers and the pit bosses. The sink in the bathroom would not drain and the whole building had an old stinky odor to it. We spent a week in Las Vegas (this is my second trip to Vegas) and Treasure Island was by far the worst experience I have ever had in Las Vegas. We stayed at 3 different resorts that week. RED ROCK was awesome and Green Valley Ranch was amazing. I will be telling everyone I know about my horrible experiences with Treasure Island and will be spending my time and money at Green Valley Ranch in the future.
