I emailed a product complaint last Dec 8, they cal...

I emailed a product complaint last Dec 8, they called immediately to discuss the issue and the QM told me that the product will be picked up on friday for product testing.. so I expected the pick up would be on the 11th.

I emailed a follow up, no response received from them.
The courier was only able to pick up on the 18th of Dec. That is the last thing I was able to communicate with them.
No feedback and no product replacement given..
Very poor customer service!!!
