We bought our vehicle from Stefan! He was absolutely AMAZING to work with! Within the first 90 days, we had to bring it back in to get a tune up. I dropped my car off Thursday night. Got a call Friday evening that they would have to take it to another dealership. They asked if I wanted to keep my car there until it got checked out. I said yes. I called Monday evening around 6, for an update/timeline. Got the service person s voicemail. Called again an hour later and was told he had just stepped out and he would call me back. I waited until 3:30 TUESDAY afternoon and called again. Got his voicemail again. I called someone different and was told he was with a customer and asked if I wanted his voicemail again. I said no. Eventually he called me around 7:30-8, and told me my car was done but that the other dealership was closed for the night. All I wanted was updated. It would have taken 2 minutes to call with an update AFTER my first inquiry. I called the service manager and she has yet (Wednesday at 4:20) to call me back and ask if my issue has been resolved. The sales part was phenomenal, but the communication from the service department is really disappointing, and needs some work!
