A very nice hotel. Rooms were nice and beds comfy, pillows need to be replaced. Staff were friendly. Location is perfect in the Union Square area. Nothing spectacular about the hotel, no pool and parking is expensive if you have a car, so park across the street (Sutter St) for $39.00 per day with in and out privileges.
