I was shopping for over a week with different dealers and then I came to Offlease. When I came in I was welcomed and asked to be helped right away. I am in the Hospitality business and so it was nice to see this attention to service. I had communicated to Johanna earlier that week and told her which cars I were interested in. Johanna was awesome. She was so friendly and prepared. She had the keys and vehicles close by and after looking at a few. I took a test drive. I honestly was not sure about the vehicle and mostly because my wife was not able to be with me and give her stamp of approval as well. I looked at the numbers with finance but again was not sure, so decided to take some time to think about it. I called the next day to speak to Johanna but learnt she was off. I felt because she was so nice and spent alot of time with me that I would wait till she came back to work to see her. I returned a few days later and again she was ready to go! I closed the deal on a nice 2014 vehicle and am very happy! Great experience! Thanks. Michael
