We had the tasting menu with wine pairings; it was completely amazing. Everything we had was delicious, the service was classy but not uptight, and the 3-hour dinner never really felt like we were there for 3 hours. Some pairings (both on the plate and wine-wise) could seem dangerously audacious a priori, but in the end it worked flawlessly (and deliciously). The print-out of the menu and wine list given at the end is a very nice touch. Amazing experience, very very much recommanded.
