My wife and I finally made it out to Pie Cucina. The atmosphere of the place is like a villa tucked away in a the odd town of Blairsville. The wait staff was friendly, but the food was awesome. You just don't find good Italian like this very often. We had the calamari and artichokes for starters. The marina and the olive oil and garlic sauce was fantastic. Then I had the chicken a la Adam that was absolutely delicious with Shrimp, capers, bacon, tomatoes, artichokes in the same buttery oil and garlic sauce. We will certainly be back to try other items on the menu and take in the hidden gem this place offers.
