DO NOT BANK HERE!! My account was hacked two times in one day and I literally had to act a fool to get the attention of the banking manager to pay me my money bank. Then years later, still have some money going there and I have to send my account information in an email. That s not secure. Did everything I could to verify my account with the reps from 365 live and was still told Ma am send us your account number in a email or fax. Who still uses a fax?! This institution is a joke. I finally just closed it. Go to a bank, not this credit union! I know too many people who ve had their account information hacked into from this credit union, and we didn t receive any notification. DON T BANK HERE.

And based on the response below, I have the members information in the email. I called 365 live three times and while on the phone they sent the email. So your reps do ask for information,. DON T BANK HERE
