Extremely busy Saturday morning as expected. Called about a tire warranty issue. Told me to come right over. The Customer service was the best ever. Ashley was such an amazing Service Advisor. I was kept up to date via text during the entire process. Clean facility, and they took time to put plastic bags over the steering wheel and shift knob. By far the best service experience ever. Highly recommend Toyota of Irving for service.
