Worst training organization I have ever worked wit...

Worst training organization I have ever worked with in 17 years of business. I can state this for several reasons, but I prefer to describe the facts well.
I was contacted by Job Select to join one of their training projects and, subsequently, to host one of the students at my company.
I gave availability, but asked to be able to know the class in person, also through classroom activities.
They proposed me to do three days of teaching, on the central theme of marketing, covered in the course.
I accepted and went to the courtroom on the agreed days.
The signing of the contract took place AFTER the start of the lessons, the amount was clearly indicated: 35 euros gross per hour, which net is about 27, but once taxed they become a small sum. Undefined payment, or at the same time as the payment of the money from the region. I bite the bullet and decided to continue and complete the teaching, out of respect for the class.
The lessons took place in December 2017 and January 2018. In a room of about 20 square meters, there were nine of us: 8 students and a teacher, with a blackboard with 2 flipcharts, without markers. I went to borrow a felt-tip pen and a highlighter from the office opposite in order to teach.
The room, in addition to being small, was also freezing cold. The historic fixtures and the antiquated heating system of the villa where Job Select is located were not adequate and I remember that for two mornings we had lessons with the jacket on, complaining of the sense of little dignity in teaching in similar conditions. They said there were no other rooms available, the only alternative was to stay in the middle of the upstairs corridor, without tables, where it was actually warm, but you couldn't give a lesson.
The three days of teaching went smoothly, everything went according to plan and the interest of the classroom and of the individual students was evident. I don't have a satisfaction questionnaire, but the people who contacted me later on linkedin expressed their enthusiasm in following the topics covered.
On 12 January 2017 I fill out and send the traditional proforma to the Job Select administration, for which I ask when the payment is due and obviously nobody knows how to answer, except saying that the teachers will be paid according to how much Job Select collects the money from the Veneto region.
After 11 months of waiting I write to an employee, Alberto S., expressing my total disappointment with the type of management. If Alberto received his salary a year late he would probably begin to understand how it makes you angry to receive evasive answers, like the ones he gave to me.
In his email of 11 December 2018 he writes me that the statement was presented at the end of November 2018 and that as soon as the region decrees, there will be payment.
But as of today, 6 February 2019, the small amount I have left has not been paid.

Dear Matteo G., CEO of Job Select, that you have commissioned me an assignment, with a contract only in your favor, with the intention of letting me stay out of the payment, until the region sends you the money, know that this is morally reprehensible behavior. I tell you as an entrepreneur. Honest people who do business on training expose themselves with their own capital, not that of suppliers.
So the game is all to your advantage. You discharge the responsibility and the financial burden on the people who, instead, generate value for you.

The pay you offer is less than half of what is the value recognized by other training institutions, which take the burden of covering the costs of teaching in a reasonable time, because it is part of the business risk.
The yardstick exists even if your team believes it is right to do so, because they have received these instructions.

This has been my experience, it will be useful to me in the future, I hope it will also be useful to those who do not want to live the same situation.
