Bought a pair of snowboard boots for my son 2 years ago. The lace broke last year. I brought it in a week ago and they fixed it for me on the spot!! Noel was amazing, polite, and helpful. The customer Service in Mount Everest in Westwood NJ is what keeps me coming back! Cant wait for the Stadium sale...new board jackets and pants are needed!
