Worst insurance company period. They dropped our insurance policy because my older son had prior convictions. He has to misdemeanor marijuana convictions from a number of years ago. (He had a rough time coping with finding his real Father dead on the floor at the age of 13). He is now living at our house and trying to right the ship. My insurance agent called me to inform me that he has to move out and i have to have proof that he has moved out for them to continue my policy. i explained that he doesn't drive our cars. That he doesn't drive anything because of an suspended license. They didn't care. So if you child is making an effort to make his life better after a mistake that he made in the past, it doesn't matter, you have to turn your back on your child to keep your insurance. Pioneer insurance company is the worst insurance company. They have no family values and are not family oriented. Terrible company and terrible experience.
