We had lunch on the patio overlooking the pool and golf course. We were immediately seated and a team of servers attended our table. The food was prepared and delivered with great care. Fresh whole wheat or sourdough bread was offered by a roaming server. I had the Crushed Kale and Citrus Salad, it was perfection in every sense of the word. The moist and juicy Brick Chicken was thoughtfully seasoned and left you with a lingering mild heat. Once the meal was presented, the serving "team" refilled our beverages, then disappeared. We actually had to see the hostess in order to get our check so that we could close out. With team serving, someone still needs to be responsible for attending the the guests all the way to the end.
