I Called for a estimate on a bathroom.Alure home improvement came to my home to look at the bathroom.2 weeks later they started the job.1 guy came in a caravan and 2 guys came in a white van.with no name on the van.I ask them for id.and didn't have nothing that said Alure home improvement.so i called the office and they said these guys work for them.They started breaking the tile walls and 5 minutes later they broke a water line.and i shut off the main valve and told them to leave.1 of the guys started talking to me.and i ask him if he was licensed to do this work.and he told me we are outside contractors hired by Alure Home improvements..Alure Home Improvements gives the estimate.But Hires outside contractors to do the work.
