Bought my 2020 C63S from Marc Kimmel gave me the best deal possible. Very professional. The whole process was very professional, make me feel at home! A few days later realized in the center arm rest I had some type of factory defect. Looked like glue. Went into service and sat down with service advisor Victoria. Once again very professional and sympathetic about my situation, and replaced the defective part with no if ands or buts. I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa to anybody who is interested in purchasing a Mercedes-benz
