I couldn't give higher marks! I had a bit of a complicated matter, given our copy machine needed to be repaired while we weren't open in order to be ready upon opening the following day. I had to make the report over the weekend and found the call-taker to be pleasant, easily understood and not in a hurry so he listened to my entire explanation and then followed up with intelligent questions that proved he had indeed been listening to me. The repairman had to work with a 3rd party to gain entrance and do repairs while we weren't open, and he followed instructions perfectly -- I didn't even have to field an "emergency" call to re-explain or intervene. I really appreciate people who listen and get it right the first time. Everything was in perfect order and ready to go when we opened on Tuesday morning. Great job; I highly recommend Metro Sales!
