Customer service is terrible. Only worry about new customers. I have spent the entire day trying to get in contact with someone on the phone. I have contacted them on Facebook and on there webchat and the response I got was:

Hi Brendan,
I have requsted a call back for you, iot can take 24 to 48 hours for a call back from the agent.

I am still waiting for a call back.
