From Don Lewadny - *****+ The Service Department at Waverly Mitsubishi represents the highest quality service you can experience.
I have not experienced better quality service anywhere else yet. Every person in the whole service department, including the Service Operations Manager Kirk Christodoulides are very friendly and take the time to chat with you. Both service advisors "Brenda & Nick" are very knowledgeable and always go way beyond what is the norm expected. This is our second Mitsubishi Outlander we have purchased and both have had minimal problems overall, not including the expected regular service requirements like brakes, etc. We will most likely purchase a third Outlander when the time comes.
