I own a property under Rancho in Yaletown. This is the first strata building experience for me.
To start off, its really nice, clean and well managed. But when things go wrong, BE CAREFUL !!!!!. Instead of being looked after, they take advantage of you, specially if you have no clue about the strata act.
I have had two flood recently in my unit, not even once they contacted me on their own just to say hi, how you doing, this is the situation and this is where you stand, not everyone comes from a strata building you know. I mean what happened to the good client/customer relationship? I know no other big corporations being run this way. I have been dealing with GUS Ramirez, the property manager. Base upon my experiences dealing with him, I would never recommend this rancho management. To sum it up, it is a really nice clean building and really good experience when everything is ok, But when things go wrong, dont wait to hear from them and expect them to look after you !!!!!.
