Purchased a camera from their online store. I live in a different state but didn't feel comfortable buying something so expensive from a big box store that doesn't specialize in photography. Very happy with my purchase and their customer service. Worked with Kristin during the purchase and she was very helpful. If you're looking to purchase online but still want personalized support I'd highly recommend them. Just very friendly people to work with.
