Outrageously high prices, but partly despite lack of customers serious savings in terms of employees and network. No reception on the routes. Online booking is extremely cumbersome. It takes forever to get access. Passwords cannot simply be reset either. The pages are partly confusing. Investments are made in the truest sense of the word in barrels without a bottom (cargo).
On one of my routes, I almost always stopped because of a breakdown.
