I would give them a zero if that was an option for a rating. I have rented properties for over 10 years and have never been charged for anything additional. Previous renter at the Bentley Place in Plano TX and they have invoiced me to pay $60.63 on top of the already paid deposit of $250 for resurfacing of the counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom. This is FRAUD. They want me to cover the cost of them having to make fixes from normal wear and tear and something that was not done intentionally or by accident but by the use of cheap product and a way to cut corners in upgrades. The advertise that these are luxury apartment living, and nothing there is luxurious. Maybe luxury back in the 1980's. I have copied the email I sent to the property. I could not attached the pictures as google review would not allow.



If this is how you all treat your residences then I am very happy that Kyle and I decided not to renew and will NEVER rent with a GAINES Investment Property ever again.
