Worst company i have ever talked to-- hung up on me 2 times trying to call them to settle a debt that is 3 years old. Offered me 40 dollars off. When i explained this was a canceled account a moved on a 20 dollar a month plan i sent all the documents to cancel the account and they came up with 183 dollars somehow..... they rep hung up on me mid sentence.
