For sure the worst shopping experience of my life, the staff are more interested in chatting than helping. I ordered some Nike ID boots and 2 months later they still are not here. You can never get through on the phones, Perhaps instead of talking they should go out of the store walk a few hundred yards up Oxford street and see how they look after customers at the Adidas store. I note most of the good reviews here are for people who have only visited the store and not had to deal with the staff. Definitely avoid at all costs.
